Set up a regular schedule for your yard maintenance. After an initial consultation, I can set up an weekly plan to make sure your yard is always at its best!
*For healthy turf, it is advisable to mow grass high and often. No less than 3 inches high, and once a week.
*Whenever possible, grass clippings should be left on the turf to return nitrogen back to the soil for use in continuing growth.
*Trimming edges and around trees/shrubs will be done carefully, in an effort to keep from damaging the bark, shoots, etc.
*Common hard surfaces (Driveway, side walk, decks) will be blown or swept clear of leaves, and trimmed debris.
Pricing is simple too!
Weekly mow, trim, clean up to be determined at initial visit. Billed every 4 cuts, + NYS Sales Tax.
Everything else is $65 per hour.
Customer pays for any materials needed (mulch, compost, organic fertilizer, grass seed, etc.). I would be happy to locate materials and set up delivery.
Has it been a while since your yard got the attention it needs? I can help clear down overgrown plants and weeds to give you a better place to start from. Debris can be relocated onsite to a compost pile, bagged for curbside pick up, or moved to other areas of your property.
*Spring and Fall clean up. After winter damage can be addressed and cleared up in Spring.
*Mulch mowing of leaves during Fall is recommended to return nutrients to the soil. This means keeping up with weekly mowing as leaves come down, and then doing a final clean up off of the lawn, using a combination of raking out plant beds (raking of turf is excellent at clearing thatch, and opens up the blades and soil to air and sunlight) and using a leaf blower.
*Mulching beds, around shrubs and trees help to suppress weeds, retain moisture, provide nutrients, and provide a aesthetically pleasing and finished appearance.
